Pacific Flexibles Limited employs state of the art machinery which offers high quality products. We have completely integrated operation with coextruder (5 layer), rotogravure printing, lamination ,slitting and bag making divisions.
At PFL, the extrusion division includes 5 layer extruder as well as monolayer extruders. 5 layer extruder is equipped with IBC system, auto thickness profile control & provides high quality PE Films, lamination grade films as well as nylon /EVOH films. Max width in offer is 4 mtrwide with thickness ranging from 20 to 250 mic.
Printing section comprises of very advanced high speed Rotogravure 10 colour machine and suitable for large product runs with wide flexibility up to 1.3 mtr width. With precise control functions, we offer products with excellent shelf appeal .The machine is suitable for various substrates like BOPP,PET, CPP, Paperetc.
Lamination division Utilizes unique & high speed dual technology (solventless and solventbased) for food / nonfood applications. Lamination machine is capable to produce various material combinations as per the customer specifications. Advanced technology ensures high barrier and excellent finish of the laminates.
High speed slitters employed in the slitting section provide precise winding with good tension control.
Various types of machines are used to produce bags in side seal/bottom seal/centre seal & with various handle designs
